Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, Beauty Refinery is a well-established skin and beauty clinic that has been serving the community for over 25 years. Our commitment to providing exceptional professional treatments and advice has allowed us to stay up to date with the latest trends and to source the best products for our clients.

We specialise in facial treatments and consultations, offering a wide range of services that include Advanced skin treatments, Naturopathic Facials, and Holistic Skin Coaching. Our team is equipped to assist every kind of client with any skin condition, from sensitivity and rosacea to acne, uneven skin tone/pigmentation, congestion, fine lines, and loss of firmness.

As well as facial treatments, we offer a variety of traditional beauty treatments, such as massage, manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash and brow enhancement, including tinting, eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and hybrid brows, spray tanning, electrolysis, and more.

We have a loyalty program – Refinery Rewards, where you can earn a $25 off applicable to any treatment on spending $500 on products with us.

We also stock a range of Lira clinical, Janesce, Bestow, Intramedica and Elementals products. If you are wanting to order products from us, contact us or pop into the clinic when you are next in town, we are just a short walk away from the Viaduct Harbour and Commercial Bay.

Hi, I’m Ella!

I purchased Beauty Refinery in 2022, and I’m passionate about helping you feel confident, radiant, and cared for in your skin. I love tailoring treatments to suit each client’s unique needs, specialising in Advanced Facials, Electrolysis, Holistic Facials, Massage, and more.

 My skincare journey started young in Palmerston North, where I completed my Level 3 Certificate in Makeup Artistry at 17. Wanting to help clients with skin concerns, I moved to Auckland and completed my Level 4 & 5 Certificates in Beauty Therapy at Elite School of Beauty. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to combining professional expertise with a personal touch, helping each client leave feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner, friends, and family, enjoying outdoor walks, curling up with a good book, training at the gym, or having fun on the canoe polo court.
