Our commitment to delivering exceptional professional treatments and expert advice ensures we remain at the forefront of industry trends and continue to source only the finest products for our clients.

We specialise in facial treatments and personalised skin consultations, offering a wide range of advanced services including Advanced Skin Treatments, Naturopathic Facials, and Holistic Skin Coaching. Our experienced team is skilled in supporting every client and every skin type — addressing concerns such as sensitivity, rosacea, acne, uneven tone or pigmentation, congestion, fine lines, and loss of firmness.

Beyond our facial offerings, we provide a full range of traditional beauty treatments, including massage, waxing, lash and brow enhancements (tinting, lash lifts, and hybrid brows), electrolysis, and more.

We proudly offer a loyalty program – Refinery Rewards, where you can earn $25 off any treatment after spending $500 on products with us.

Hi, I’m Ella!

I purchased Beauty Refinery in 2022, and I’m passionate about helping you feel confident, radiant, and cared for in your skin. I love tailoring treatments to suit each client’s unique needs, specialising in Advanced Facials, Electrolysis, Holistic Facials, Massage, and more.

 My skincare journey started young in Palmerston North, where I completed my Level 3 Certificate in Makeup Artistry at 17. Wanting to help clients with skin concerns, I moved to Auckland and completed my Level 4 & 5 Certificates in Beauty Therapy at Elite School of Beauty. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to combining professional expertise with a personal touch, helping each client leave feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my partner, friends, and family, enjoying outdoor walks, curling up with a good book, training at the gym, or having fun on the canoe polo court.
